The Corsair K60 RGB Pro keyboard is the one we’re reviewing today. Its debut is on the 20th of September, 2022. We’re checking out the all-new Corsair HS55 Wireless Core in this review. Getting back to the HS series, it starts with HS35, and till now, it also contained HS45, HS50, HS55, HS60, HS65, HS70, HS75, and HS80 (some of them had different variants). Among them, headsets are also available, and the range starts from the budget-oriented HS series (the reviewed one is one of them), then there’s the mid-range Void series, and it ends with high-end Virtuoso. Is it worth it given the provided features and functionality? Let’s find out.Ĭorsair HS55 Wireless Core Headset reviewĬorsair has a broad range of PC components and peripherals. The Corsair Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse is available at a 49.99 USD/EUR. This sure looks good on paper, but what is it going to be like in practice? Corsair promises up to 30/ 45 hrs in Slipstream mode (with/without backlighting respectively) and up to 40/ 60 hrs using Bluetooth. This needs to be done properly (with the mouse not behaving much differently than the wired version), and you’d also want long battery life. What’s the most important feature, you’d ask? The fact that it’s wireless. The Harpoon RGB Wireless has single-zone RGB color customization, and a total of six programmable buttons. This is a mouse that’s suitable for gamers, and Corsair uses the phrase “wireless freedom, wired performance” to promote this unit. Yes, that’s very high, which is not necessarily useful, nor does it make any sense. The Corsair Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse has been fitted with a Pixart PMW3325 gaming-grade optical sensor, which is rated up to 10K DPI, and has a polling rate of 1000 Hz. The weight is fixed at 99 g, and the overall size is very universal. The device is very pleasing aesthetically, as you can configure the RGB LEDs yourself. ![]() This makes it different than the wired version ( Corsair Harpoon RGB) which had a 6,000 DPI one. It’s a lower tier product than for example the Dark Core RGB SE that we checked out here on Guru3d earlier this year, but this shouldn’t mean that it’s bad, right? First thing to mention: it’s a wireless mouse, and you’ll find RGB lighting here (with ICUE compatibility), as well as a 10,000 DPI optical sensor. ![]() In this article, we review the Corsair Harpoon RGB Wireless mouse.
